Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@estatebox.ca and stating you’d like your subscription to end, cancellation will be effective upon the next billing period. You will continue to be billed for your use of and access to the EstateBox platform until you cancel your subscription. EstateBox will not issue a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged fees associated with your Services prior to such cancellation.

 

 

Your EstateBox information will stay in our system for 3 months and then is deleted, unless you request it to be deleted via email to info@estatebox.ca. Once your user data is deleted, it will be permanently deleted and not accessible after such deletion. We encourage you to print the records you had stored in your EstateBox.
